Last year most property sales in Upminster Common involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £503,263. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £401,889, while flats fetched £311,540.
Upminster Common, with an overall average price of £484,336, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Cranham (£473,923) and Upminster (£508,357), but was more expensive than Upminster Bridge (£417,883).
During the last year, sold prices in Upminster Common were similar to the previous year and 12% up on 2015 when the average house price was £430,923.
