Last year most property sales in Upminster Common involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £505,703. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £378,636, while flats fetched £271,681.
Upminster Common, with an overall average price of £479,398, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Cranham (£481,792), but was more expensive than Upminster Bridge (£452,153) and cheaper than Upminster (£508,931).
During the last year, sold prices in Upminster Common were 6% up on the previous year and 27% up on 2008 when the average house price was £377,520.
