The majority of sales in Upminster during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £522,420. Flats sold for an average of £289,183, with terraced properties fetching £406,795.
Upminster, with an overall average price of £495,592, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Cranham (£472,701) and Upminster Common (£472,291), but was more expensive than Upminster Bridge (£394,256).
Overall sold prices in Upminster over the last year were 13% up on the previous year and 38% up on the 2013 level of £358,695.
