Most of the sales in Upper Walthamstow over the past year were flats which on average sold for £293,985. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £552,218 and semi-detached properties averaged at £744,167.
Upper Walthamstow, with an overall average price of £388,873 was cheaper than nearby Waltham Forest (£473,971), Walthamstow (£459,982) and Hale End (£560,492).
In the past year house prices in Upper Walthamstow were 4% down on the year before and 8% up on 2014 when they averaged at £361,086.
