The majority of sales in Upper Wolverton during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £403,883. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £255,291, with terraced properties fetching £209,340.
Upper Wolverton, with an overall average price of £334,024 was more expensive than nearby Worcester (£226,900) and Warndon (£243,437), but was cheaper than Tibberton (£415,577).
Overall sold prices in Upper Wolverton over the last year were 5% down on the previous year and 9% down on the 2014 level of £365,563.
