Last year most property sales in Vauxhall involved flats which sold for on average £730,828. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £1,068,563, while semi-detached properties fetched £1,071,000.
Vauxhall, with an overall average price of £757,339, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby South Lambeth (£731,858), but was more expensive than Oval (£553,024) and Stockwell (£577,533).
During the last year, sold prices in Vauxhall were similar to the previous year and 23% down on 2014 when the average house price was £980,465.
