Last year most property sales in Walkhampton involved terraced properties which sold for on average £214,250. Detached properties sold for an average price of £529,700, while semi-detached properties fetched £165,000.
Walkhampton, with an overall average price of £291,483 was more expensive than nearby Tavistock (£255,331), but was cheaper than Yelverton (£413,308) and Horrabridge (£308,982).
During the last year, sold prices in Walkhampton were 34% up on the previous year and 37% down on 2015 when the average house price was £460,825.
