The majority of sales in Wavertree during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £118,398. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £181,845, with flats fetching £83,410.
Wavertree, with an overall average price of £133,844 was cheaper than nearby Childwall (£222,080), Mossley Hill (£207,049) and Sefton Park (£186,052).
Overall sold prices in Wavertree over the last year were similar to the previous year and 6% down on the 2013 level of £141,677.
