Last year most property sales in Weldon involved detached properties which sold for on average £274,403. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £216,661, while terraced properties fetched £210,832.
Weldon, with an overall average price of £240,256 was more expensive than nearby Corby (£170,842) and Great Oakley (£204,541), but was cheaper than Brigstock (£331,136).
During the last year, sold prices in Weldon were 12% up on the previous year and 5% up on 2006 when the average house price was £229,773.
