Wembley Park, with an overall average price of £409,505, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wembley (£402,474), but was cheaper than Brent (£433,421) and Preston (£475,357).
Overall sold prices in Wembley Park over the last year were similar to the previous year and 16% up on the 2014 level of £352,947.
