Most of the sales in West Cross over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £231,123. Detached properties had an average sold price of £370,592 and flats averaged at £142,663.
West Cross, with an overall average price of £238,151, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Mayals (£250,020), but was cheaper than Newton (£298,017) and Blackpill (£275,192).
In the past year house prices in West Cross were similar to the year before and similar to 2008 when they averaged at £240,729.
