The majority of sales in West Drayton during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £246,027. Terraced properties sold for an average of £397,555, with semi-detached properties fetching £406,819.
West Drayton, with an overall average price of £347,072, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Harmondsworth (£352,499), but was more expensive than Longford (£319,923) and Sipson (£319,923).
Overall sold prices in West Drayton over the last year were 17% up on the previous year and 43% up on the 2013 level of £242,323.
