West Hanney, with an overall average price of £596,250, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Charney Bassett (£603,600), but was more expensive than Grove (£298,156) and East Hanney (£544,959).
In the past year house prices in West Hanney were 11% up on the year before and 9% up on 2014 when they averaged at £548,000.
There were only 2 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
