Last year most property sales in West Wickham involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £608,639. Flats sold for an average price of £249,828, while detached properties fetched £780,750.
West Wickham, with an overall average price of £560,638, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Coney Hall (£537,329), but was more expensive than Hayes (£526,885) and cheaper than Park Langley (£960,145).
During the last year, sold prices in West Wickham were 6% up on the previous year and 17% up on 2015 when the average house price was £477,511.
