Most of the sales in Wetherby over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £367,435. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £256,255 and flats averaged at £223,538.
Wetherby, with an overall average price of £292,339 was cheaper than nearby Collingham (£434,245), Boston Spa (£378,800) and East Keswick (£394,647).
In the past year house prices in Wetherby were 5% down on the year before and similar to 2014 when they averaged at £294,719.
