The majority of sales in Whetstone during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £321,863. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £661,152, with terraced properties fetching £454,092.
Whetstone, with an overall average price of £504,880, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby North Finchley (£500,326), but was more expensive than East Barnet (£444,913) and cheaper than Woodside Park (£530,348).
Overall sold prices in Whetstone over the last year were 16% up on the previous year and 34% up on the 2011 level of £376,584.
