The majority of sales in Whetstone during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £340,172. Terraced properties sold for an average of £525,848, with semi-detached properties fetching £823,843.
Whetstone, with an overall average price of £611,193, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Woodside Park (£595,948), but was more expensive than East Barnet (£537,818) and North Finchley (£541,196).
Overall sold prices in Whetstone over the last year were 10% up on the previous year and 29% up on the 2014 level of £472,414.
