Last year most property sales in Wimborne involved detached properties which sold for on average £463,137. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £326,701, while flats fetched £191,404.
Wimborne, with an overall average price of £379,343, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Colehill (£365,403), Merley (£372,959) and Wimborne Minster (£369,470).
During the last year, sold prices in Wimborne were similar to the previous year and 14% up on 2015 when the average house price was £331,828.
