The majority of sales in Winchcombe during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £461,007. Terraced properties sold for an average of £279,258, with semi-detached properties fetching £320,885.
Winchcombe, with an overall average price of £350,048, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Prestbury (£360,437), but was more expensive than Bishops Cleeve (£289,901) and cheaper than Charlton Kings (£488,038).
Overall sold prices in Winchcombe over the last year were 9% up on the previous year and 5% down on the 2012 level of £367,108.
