Most of the sales in Winchmore Hill over the past year were flats which on average sold for £295,182. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £664,869 and terraced properties averaged at £496,389.
Winchmore Hill, with an overall average price of £538,460 was more expensive than nearby Bush Hill Park (£330,048) and Oakwood (£446,002), but was cheaper than Grange Park (£585,540).
In the past year house prices in Winchmore Hill were 18% up on the year before and 27% up on 2011 when they averaged at £425,073.
