Last year most property sales in Winterbourne involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £302,758. Detached properties sold for an average price of £480,619, while terraced properties fetched £287,888.
Winterbourne, with an overall average price of £358,211, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Frampton Cotterell (£353,544), but was more expensive than Bradley Stoke (£256,352) and Stoke Gifford (£278,616).
During the last year, sold prices in Winterbourne were 5% up on the previous year and 17% up on 2014 when the average house price was £307,473.
