Last year most property sales in Wolviston involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £245,000. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £164,167, while flats fetched £167,000.
Wolviston, with an overall average price of £214,900 was more expensive than nearby Billingham (£171,344), but was cheaper than Wynyard Estate (£268,292) and Wynyard (£376,168).
During the last year, sold prices in Wolviston were 28% down on the previous year and 40% down on 2014 when the average house price was £358,881.
