The majority of sales in Woodcote during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £535,547. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £379,188, with flats fetching £221,667.
Woodcote, with an overall average price of £443,115 was more expensive than nearby Cholsey (£387,862), but was cheaper than Goring (£594,464) and Sonning Common (£478,371).
Overall sold prices in Woodcote over the last year were 21% down on the previous year and 4% up on the 2007 level of £424,974.
