Last year most property sales in Worcester Park involved terraced properties which sold for on average £432,013. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £534,510, while flats fetched £266,937.
Worcester Park, with an overall average price of £449,082, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Epsom (£469,281), but was cheaper than Stoneleigh (£498,149) and Ewell (£478,608).
During the last year, sold prices in Worcester Park were 10% up on the previous year and 33% up on 2013 when the average house price was £336,720.
