Wraysbury, with an overall average price of £606,847 was more expensive than nearby Old Windsor (£546,549), Colnbrook (£292,595) and Datchet (£491,666).
In the past year house prices in Wraysbury were 6% up on the year before and 20% up on 2015 when they averaged at £507,428.
