Most of the sales in Wrexham over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £210,797. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £144,251 and terraced properties averaged at £114,640.
Wrexham, with an overall average price of £150,308 was more expensive than nearby Rhos-Ddu (£112,250) and Wrexham Maelor (£112,250), but was cheaper than Garden Village (£171,511).
In the past year house prices in Wrexham were 3% up on the year before and similar to 2007 when they averaged at £150,944.
