Last year most property sales in Wrose involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £127,814. Detached properties sold for an average price of £210,735, while terraced properties fetched £112,909.
Wrose, with an overall average price of £140,678 was cheaper than nearby Idle (£177,992), Shipley (£156,965) and Thackley (£177,356).
During the last year, sold prices in Wrose were similar to the previous year and 13% down on 2008 when the average house price was £161,903.
