Last year most property sales in Yarm On Tees involved detached properties which sold for on average £295,312. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £165,868, while terraced properties fetched £175,106.
Yarm On Tees, with an overall average price of £246,905, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Yarm (£253,361), but was more expensive than Eaglescliffe (£213,691) and Ingleby Barwick (£206,113).
