The height of luxury in Epsom
Set moments from the heart of Epsom town centre and its fast train links to central London in as little as 35 minutes, Rosebery Heights is a traditionally designed scheme of one and two bedroom apartments, as well as elegant four bedroom townhouses.
The development has a spacious feel to it, with houses and apartments arranged around
an attractive open space, perfect for giving this new community a focal point to its centre, as well as being aesthetically pleasing.
The apartments are of varying sizes and aspects with open plan living accommodation, perfect for entertaining and Juliette balconies to some homes that help to bring the outside in. Furthermore, two of the stunning top floor apartments boast spacious private terraces.
The townhouses offer flexible living space across three floors including a fourth bedroom that could also be used as a study or play room, whilst the top floor has an impressive master bedroom with en suite and a fitted wardrobe.
Whether you are a first time buyer, a professional looking for convenient access to the town centre and Epsom train station or a family wanting to take advantage of the close proximity to St. Joseph’s Catholic Primary School or the excellent Rosebery Girls School, Rosebery Heights will be finished to Crest Nicholson’s high level of detail and will appeal to all buyers.
Well located and well connected
The town was originally famous for the panoramic views from Epsom Downs, as well as the Epsom Derby at the local racecourse. Today the town still enjoys far reaching views over London, but has much more to offer following its recent stylish make-over.
There are a variety of bars, restaurants, exhibition space and leisure facilities within the Ebbisham Centre, whilst for those looking for a lively nightlife, Derby Square has expanded to include pubs and bars.
Rosebery Heights is just a short walk from the town centre with The Ashley Centre offering a range of high street brands. There are also a host of independent stores and boutiques conveniently located in the Spread Eagle Walk and on the original High Street.
For evenings out, Epsom has a lot to offer, with the Epsom Playhouse theatre, a large Odeon multiplex and a wide selection of restaurants that will tempt residents into town on a regular basis. Guildford and Kingston, with their attractive shopping and leisure facilities and vibrant nightlife are also within easy reach.
If you wish to keep active, the David Lloyd leisure complex and Horton Park Golf and Country Club are close by, but if you prefer a more relaxed Sunday stroll, Rosebery Park and Mounthill Gardens are nearby, as is Epsom Common.
Epsom train station is 0.2 miles from Rosebery Heights, so within walking distance and provides services to a host of destinations including central London with journey times to both Waterloo and Victoria taking just 35 minutes.
For those who drive, junction 9 of the M25 is within easy reach, as is the A24 and A3 that link into London and the coast. For those traveling further afield, both Heathrow and Gatwick airports can be conveniently reached by car via the M25, and you can access Gatwick by train in just under an hour via Horsham.
