DIRECTIONS From our Cowbridge office travel in a westerly direction up
the High Street, filtering onto the A48 heading towards Bridgend. Travel for about a mile, turning at the Pentre Meyrick crossroads and next right. On reaching a ‘T’ junction at the top of Penllyn turn left through the village of Penllyn and on upon entering the village of Graig Penllyn, the building plot will be found to the right hand side.
