A homeowner, Elsey Croft. ' A far superior build'
We had actually reserved a home with one of Skipton Properties competitors, but it took one look to see that Skipton Properties were a far superior build, the quality shone through and what was included as "extras" in many other developments were standard at Elsey Croft. We have had several friends come to look round and everyone is equally impressed, we have also had some tradesmen, plumbers, electricians and carpenters who have all commented on the quality of the build and the materials used. I would certainly recommend Skipton Properties to anyone and am looking forward to spending a happy retirement in our beautiful new home.

A homeowner, Elsey Croft. 'The external Yorkshire stonework looks fantastic'
We had been looking at houses for around 6 months before my wife found Elsey Croft by chance. We were one of the first to reserve one of your homes off plan. Our homes dimensions are good and the whole estate in general has a nice spacious feel to it, too many modern development sites look and feel a bit boxed in. We are more than happy with the workmanship quality and materials used. The external Yorkshire stonework looks fantastic and all the fittings and the kitchen have been done to a very high standard. Your Sales Advisor was very helpful and informative as to how the whole process would work and how and when things would need to be done. She put us in touch with Manning Stainton who did a fantastic job of getting our mortgage and Help to Buy through, as it wasn't a straight forward buy (me being self employed). The site workers and management have been very polite, courteous and helpful, I'm aware of the difficulties and challenges of trying to finish a development that people are now living on and I thought the installation of a temporary visitor parking was a nice touch and moving the site offices and site welfare facilities to minimise traffic passing the front of the properties was very good. On dry days they have also sent a site operative out with a hose pipe to minimise dust and dirt on the road. Finally, I must admit I was slightly taken aback at how fast the snagging list was processed and corrected, you have a superb professional service.

A homeowner, Elsey Croft. A well designed, quality home
We decided to buy a home at Elsey Croft because of its pleasing appearance, the quality of the design and fixtures and fittings. The location also appealed to us. We feel the dry stone wall and the front landscaping enhances the property. Your sales staff were very impressive and were always on hand to help us with the process of buying our home.
