Rumour has it, Adele’s West Sussex mansion is now back on the market

She’s just announced that she is pregnant with her first child, which may be why Adele is looking for something more permanent. The award-winning singer's rented ten bedroom mansion in West Sussex is now back on the market for £15,000pcm.

The ‘Rolling in the Deep’ star moved into the property in February and famously allowed a US camera crew take a tour around. Lock House, a 20,000ft² grade II listed property, is said to be worth around £6milion; it boasts multiple swimming pools, tennis courts and a helicopter pad – everything a young starlet needs! The estate was built at the end of the 19^th century and was refurbished in the 1930’s with plenty of the art deco features still present. However the property has been significantly modernised in recent years (since it was briefly converted into a convent in the 1970s) and now comes complete with a 56ft kitchen in what was once a ballroom.

The multi-platinum selling singer has just been named the ‘6^th richest celebrity under 30’, and with a baby on the way, it’s no surprise that the 23 year old Londoner is looking to settle down; she is reportedly in the midst of purchasing a £2.5million beachfront property in Brighton. However she may miss the space… Adele’s former home is extremely roomy (the star once joked that nine bedrooms won’t be used), including five reception rooms, two studies and a whopping seven en-suite bathrooms. Buyers won’t be disappointed with the outside either; within Lock House’s 25 acre grounds, you can find a three bedroom self-contained staff cottage, extensive garaging and a guest cottage.
