Food enthusiasts and professional chefs from around the world are reportedly recognising Palm Beach County as a premier dining destination.

Celebrity chefs including Michelle Bernstein are bringing their skills, taste buds and culinary expertise to new restaurants in the destination in the coming months and buying a property in Florida may be the best way to sample Palm Beach’s dining experience.

Ms Bernstein, a 2008 James Beard Foundation winner, will open her newest restaurant at the Omphoy – with the focus on seafood and Mediterranean flavours.

Palm Beach County’s 45-mile stretch of Atlantic shoreline was named the Gold Coast after gold was recovered from Spanish galleons that sank offshore, according to the Palm Beach County website.
