Those who own property in Florida may want to get on their leathers and head to the state’s bike festival, which is due to kick off today (October 15th) and run until October 18th.

The Biketoberfest festival will be taking place at the Daytona Beach Area Convention & Visitors Bureau in Florida and could be an ideal event for Florida property owners to check out.

Featuring a wide range of shops and stalls for bike-mad Florida property owners to stock up on biking gear, the event will also feature street festivals, racing demonstrations and expos.

Bands set to play the event include Michael Allman and his group the Bone Dogs, as well as Riot Brides and a number of local artists.

The official website of the event points out that the festival could be a great place for those who are seeking the sun in Florida, as the area offers a number of beaches ideal for topping up the tan.
