According to Deane Roe, from Moneycorp, that firm has seen a rise of 23 per cent in the number of Brits investing in homes in the US over the past half a year.
Such news could interest those who own a property in Florida or are looking to purchase a holiday home in the Sunshine State.

Buying a Florida property outright may be a good option for those who have large amounts of cash at their disposal.
