Pink Coast may interest Brittany property buyers

The pink granite coast of northern Brittany has been hailed as an outstanding place in which to take a holiday.

Tour firm Keycamp, which is offering deals at Perros Guirec on the coast, has described the vicinity as "ideal" for an Easter break, with plenty of festivities and chocolate to be enjoyed.

It also said the area is "wonderfully located for cycling and walking adventures and exploring the region’s numerous beaches".

Such attractions may entice some to take a holiday in the area, while others could go further and buy a Brittany property.

Interest in Brittany property may have been stimulated last week through the TV programme Grand Designs.

It featured a modern home that was developed out of recycled tyres and other materials.

Those enjoying the coast of Brittany may also consider Binic, a fishing village that holds a festival dedicated to the industry each May.
