Enjoy a taste of San Francisco from a property in CaliforniaDine About Town San Francisco is set to return this June, which may appeal to anyone who is staying in a property in California.

This is the tenth year that many of the city's restaurants have come together to offer a special promotion, where patrons can enjoy a two-course lunch menu for $17.95 (£10.98) or a three-course dinner for $34.95.

San Francisco Travel Association organises the event each year, with over 100 eateries participating between June 1st and 15th.

Joe D'Alessandro, president and chief executive officer of the body, commented: "The fact that Dine About Town has been going strong for ten years is a reflection on both the consistently excellent quality of the restaurants in San Francisco and the value of the prix fixe programme."

An article on TasteSF earlier this month described the city as "a mecca for the mouth", noting that the diversity of the restaurants in San Francisco is one of the reasons people staying in a property in California should eat out during their trip.
