Asset Property Brokers was formed in 2006 with the specific aim of offering property investment advice based on proven investment strategies, instead of the usual unfounded speculation.
After spending a number of years in the property industry, it was felt a necessity that client care was just as important as the relationships that are formed with developers. We aim to build long-term relationships with our clients, which can only be achieved by providing results. The fundamentals of these principals are applied when dealing with developers, Hotel Operators and various other establishments to give the reassurance needed as well as expected from our clients.

Working personally with developers, financiers, property management companies and hotel chains ensures that we are able to deliver our clients well packaged, attractive and financially sound investment properties that we not only believe in, but in most cases invest in ourselves. Our focus is on the yield a property will provide, not just the expected capital growth. This allows a solid long term view on all investments.
Our two main countries of focus in South East Asia are, Malaysia and the Philippines, both have the prerequisite for a successful long-term investment. Among these qualities are local investors, a degree of political stability, and good demographics consisting of a young dynamic population and an expanding middle class. Recently however, we have seen a shift in the buying pattern of international real estate investors. This shift is no longer following the regular progressive movement from West to East but has in fact taking the market full circle and the United State is once again proving to be a highly desirable destination for international investors. While the US has always attracted foreign buyers, recent events such as high levels of foreclosures, weakening of the Dollar and credit restrictions, along with depressed local real estate markets, have pushed this interest even further.
