About Domisi Development - Domisi Development was established in 1996 and is a family business comprising of Civil Engineers and Architects. We design and construct traditional style houses and villas throughout the county of Rethymno. Our technical offices are based in the centre of Rethymno town. They are combined with a sales office and showroom to ensure a high standard of efficiency, quality and personal service to all our clients. We have a varied portfolio of building designs and locations to choose from which will suit all budgets.

After ten years of working together with clients of every nationality we have the knowledge and understanding of most peoples requirements. We understand that there are people who wish to relocate permanently, explore the investment potential, or others who want to rent out their properties while many are looking for a holiday home. This is why we have a personal consultant working with each client, discussing their own individual needs and wishes and showing them the many
different styles of property that are available. This dialogue between consultant and buyer would continue during the construction phase and on until the final completion and beyond if required.

It is of primary importance to us to protect Crete’s local heritage. We pay particular attention to the surrounding natural environment when selecting locations on which to build. We take into particular account the local architecture and customs of an area.

Each plot has its own special character and charm that is obtained from the natural beauty of the local landscape be it the wild Cretan countryside, or the blue Mediterranean sea.
