    Villamartin is a popular tourist destination on the Costa Blanca, west of Torrevieja.

    Home to a mixed, friendly community, it's close to three championship golf courses - Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villamartin, and of course several beautiful beaches. All the popular beaches along this stretch of the Costa Blanca (including Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca) are Blue Flag. There are also plenty of hidden gems - smaller, quieter beaches waiting to be discovered.

    Villamartin is not just a golfer's paradise. There are plenty of things to do, such as five marinas, horse riding stables and two water parks within easy driving distance.

    Easily accessed from Alicante airport and Murcia San Javier airport (about a 30 minute drive from either), owning a Villamartin property makes for an excellent base to explore the whole region.

    The Villamartin Plaza (see area pics) is the centre of activity in the area. Almost everything you need is here including a boutique, golf shop, hairdresser, bank with cash point, pharmacy, health centre, supermarket, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. All the restaurants have outdoor seating, for al fresco dining. In summertime the nightime atmosphere is buzzing with life and noise.

    Villamartin has grown rapidly with many British people and other Europeans snapping up great value 'second homes' in the sun in recent years.

    These fantastic villas are just a short drive from the beautiful blue flag beaches of La Zenia and Cabo Roig. The famous Villamartin plaza is only a 3 minute drive away, with local bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The Zenia Boulevard, the largest commercial centre on the Costa Blanca, is a 5 minute drive from the development.
