Immobiliare Rio Alto was born out of many years of my experience in all aspects of real estate in the city of Venice. In the lines below, I would like to introduce myself and make a direct connection with you. My name is Raffaele Dedemo. I was born in 1969 and I grew up in Venice, near the Church of Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari, behind Campo San Tomà.
I began working as a surveyor (which is my degree) here in the city, collaborating on restorations of many houses, churches, palaces and museums. As I continued on my career path, I joined with two colleagues and became part of a noted estate office that still operates in Venice. In addition to the role of an estate agent, I was also on the register of “Periti esperti e estimatori” of the Camera di Commercio di Venezia. In 2006, I left the agency and opened my own firm.
You might ask is why my office is called “Studio Immobiliare Rio Alto” and not “Agenzia Immobiliare Rio Alto.”
There’s a reason for this. Over the years, I realized that in keeping my values of honesty, reliability and professionalism, I wanted to create a different kind of estate agency. My goal is to offer my clients service that is as complete as possible, giving them streamlined access to other necessary services through a single point of contact.
My clients can receive guidance in choosing a bank loan specific to his needs. He will find assistance up until the signing of the property deed, but also beyond, with help in setting up new utilities, for example. Buyers can also obtain—even before purchasing—cost estimates for renovating or modifying homes from trusted sources at competitive prices, without stress and without surprises, using Studio Immobiliare Rio Alto as the facilitator.
We have two offices in Venice, headquartered in the Sotoportego di Rialto. The second branch is on Via Garibaldi. My office is active not only in buying and selling, but also in the rental market, including medium and long term commercial property rentals and also weekly tourist rentals. My staff comprises five people, other than me, each with specific duties.
In October 2009, I was elected National Vice President of the Federazione Italiana Agenti Immobiliare Professionali (FIAIP), and obtaining the national presidency of the foreign sector has allowed me to represent Italy abroad at various international events.
In January 2011, I was elected Vice President of CEI, the Confèdèration Europèenne de l'Immobilier, putting me in the top position of the league formed by the Federation of Estate Agents of major European countries. In this context I am working, along with the other federations, to raise standards of services offered by estate agents to their customers.
I have appeared on various television programs such as “Ballarò” and “Cercasi casa disperatamente,” and I’ve participated on several local and national television news programs, as well as given interviews in financial newspapers including “Milano Finanza” and “Il Sole 24 Ore.” My aim is not to seek attention, but to elevate my profession to the highest standards of trustworthiness, by conveying my fundamental values of honesty, integrity and professionalism, standards that I have always respected in my estate transactions.
I hope I have managed to express my idea, which is to update the concept of an estate office to one that can respectfully guide clients through the entire process, from choosing the right property to having keys in hand.
If you have read all the way to the end, you probably know me a little bit, so I hope you will visit one of our offices, where I am available to help with all your estate needs.
