The company was formed with a view to assisting UK clients in purchasing property in popular holiday destinations overseas. We were established in August 2003. Soon after the company began to specialise in emerging markets and our first offices were opened in Bulgaria in 2005. We subsequently opened our second office in the Red Sea Resort of Hurghada in 2006.
Our clients are a mixture of investors, holiday homers, and those looking for a place to retire. Our philosophy is based around complete customer service and satisfaction. By opening our own offices within the resorts we are able to work directly with the owners and developers of properties, cutting out any middlemen. We also offer a variety of services directly from our offices to help you during and after your purchase. We aim to provide a complete, one-stop shop service for all our buyers and management clients.
