    Rivtaf Golf Estate in Port Harcourt is a first of its kind in the Southern part of Nigeria. It is a gated estate with 4 & 5 bedroom Terrace houses and Villas, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. It is located in the new Port Harcourt settlement area, at the end of Peter Odili going to Abuloma road in Port Harcourt. It is on a 40 hectare piece of land. It also has a 21st Century shopping mall, a Crèche, Club House with swimming pools, and a 9 - hole Golf Course. We also offer 24 hours electricity supply and security (both armed and civilian). 

    The Estate is being developed in Phases. The Phase 1 is made up of 608 units of 2 and 3 Bedroom apartments, 62 units of 4 & 5 Bedroom Town Houses and 31 units of 4 & 5 bedroom Villas. In our phase 2, we have 60 units of 4 Bedroom Town Houses and 150 units of 4 & 5 bedroom Villas. Currently we have over 380 families living in our phase 1 which will be fully ready by December 2016. In the phase 2, we have 18 families living there. Our expertise allow us to create a tranquil living experience, with limited resident interaction with our ongoing construction. This has built credibility in our intended and existing subscribers. 

    Our key goal is to achieve quality, affordability and sustainability. We always keep these factors in mind when designing and implementing a project. That is why we partner with well qualified architects such as SVA (South Africa) and Reid Steel (structural engineers based in the United Kingdom) to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our designs. Our Apartment Blocks are built with re-inforced earth quake resistant steel designed to last centuries.

    We currently have 60 units of 2 and 3 bedroom apartment that are furnished with curtains, wallpapers, air conditioner, televisions and a gas cooker. We have adequate parking spaces for residents and their guest. We have roof top terraces in each of the apartment blocks designed and equipped for resident to have their outdoor parties. There are a lot of green areas with economic fruit trees in the estate to support our eco-friendly stance. To maintain a calm noise free environment, we supply power sourcing from the local grid along with two heavy duty generators to ensure constant power supply. This has eliminated the need for individual Power Generators, which are not allowed in the estate.
