The local Area

Access to the local area is via about 2km of good condition white road, with a restaurant at the end of the drive which has regular local music nights. The local medieval town of Castiglion Fiorentino is only about 10 minutes drive away and has a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars. It is a very beautiful working town, very Italian and very unspoilt. About 20 minutes away, is the hill town of Cortona and access to some of Tuscany's beautiful cities such as Siena, Arezzo and Florence is very easy as the A1 is only 20minutes drive from the house.
This is an excellent buy in an excellent location.
