With a floor size of app. 40 m2 with cream-coloured marble floors throughout, it includes a long hall with storage space, a small bathroom with tub and cupboard, a fully equipped small kitchen, and a living room with storage cupboard (easily removable to increase size of the living room) and a double futon. The living room is very light, opening up to the terrace with sliding doors. In addition to offering incredible views (see above), the terrace contains a built-in storage cupboard, hooks for hammock, and roll-down awnings. The sliding doors to the living room include electric blinds and sliding metal grid doors. TV antenna on the roof of the building.

The apartment is cooled/heated by an air-conditioning unit, and there is a new hot water tank that has recently been totally rewired.

The apartment complex is well maintained with some residents staying all year round, but the majority being expatriate Greeks come to spend and enjoy the summer here in a relaxed manner near the sea..
Very friendly atmosphere with peace and quiet hours and relaxation in focus.
Apartments are rarely offered for sale in this building. The owners of this small apartment are only selling as a larger apartment in the same complex and a large retirement house in Loutraki have recently been bought.
Apartment suitable for retired couple or young couple with a small child.
