From the galleried landing a spiral staircase leads to a studio loft, fully fitted with a kitchen and bathroom and its own private balcony with amazing views along the beach and reef-the perfect retreat.

A separate triple car garage with staff quarters above allow for privacy from the main residence, and a service entrance to the side is ideal for catering. A mezzanine level creates extra storage in the garage and the staff accommodation above comprises living room, fitted kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. 

The grounds Two thatch palms mark the entrance and the brick paved driveway has ample shaded parking. An assortment of established palm trees provide shade and privacy while the abundant shrubs and tropical planting create texture and depth around the property.

A striking infinity edge pool has been expertly matched with the Caribbean Sea beyond, the surrounding patio area is the ultimate for open air entertaining and beachfront relaxation which can be enjoyed all day and night, especially with the outdoor lighting and speakers.

Simon Murphy was born in Birmingham and was educated at Aiglon College, Switzerland and Cheltenham College. On leaving Cheltenham, Simon returned to Birmingham where he obtained a Diploma in Estate Management. Simon then obtained his first position in Birmingham with King & Co. (now King Sturge) where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in December 1983.

In 1988 he formed his own Practice trading as ‘Simon Murphy Chartered Surveyors’ based in Birmingham.

Since that date the Practice has acted on behalf of several major Clients including Esso, The Post Office, Ventaxia plc, Lloyds TSB Bank plc and Allied Irish Bank (GB) although in the main Clients tend to be successful businessmen who own their own business and enjoy having their property affairs handled by Simon Murphy personally.

In November 2003 Simon Murphy opened a new office in Switzerland which does now Market, Let and Manage Swiss Properties within the Alpine Resort of Villars sur Ollon where ‘hands on' professional advice and assistance can be provided by an English speaking Chartered Surveyor to potential purchasers/tenants.
