San Vittorino is 15 minutes drive from the medieval town of Gubbio, famed for its historic importance and its beauty. San Vittorino is 25 minutes from Perugia International Airport and two hours' drive from Rome. Unlike many of the finest rural properties San Vittorino has a tarmac road all the way to the entrance gates - no long drives along dusty, bumpy unmade roads ('white roads'). It is the perfect central location to reach Rome, Assisi, Pisa or Florence for day-trips. To the east the Adriatic beaches of Le Marche are within an hour's drive.
