Full description:

Villa Sibillina
Villa Sibillina is a period village house with garden, located in the heart of the historic centre of Pievetorina and enjoying the proximity of the Sibillini Mountains.

The property has been recently restored to a high standard and is immediately habitable. It offers circa 200 sqm of living space on two floors, plus a 100 sqm basement, currently used as a cellar, made entirely of stone and divided internally by arches and pillars.

On entering the ground floor of Villa Sibillina, on the left one can find a large lounge encompassing three open-plan areas: the kitchen with fireplace, the living room and the dining room. On the other side of the corridor are the study and a downstairs bedroom. On the same floor are also a bathroom and a cloakroom. Upstairs, there are four large bedrooms and a bathroom on the landing.

To the rear of the villa is a fully-fenced 250 sqm garden, featuring centuries-old pine trees and Mediterranean scrub, where to sit outside with the children before the first snow falls.

The residence is located in the historic centre of the village, near the Cathedral and in front of the main bus stop with daily trips to and from Rome.

Paradise Possible recommendations
Besides being a comfortable and spacious family home, Villa Sibillina offers a lot of potential for a combined residential and tourist accommodation use - particularly as a B&B - for its proximity to popular tourist attractions such as the Sibillini Mountains and National Park, for the number of rooms available, and for its convenient position in a picturesque village in the magical scenery of the Marche-Umbria border.

Pievetorina is a village in the high Chienti valley, interesting for its art, history and landscape. In the square there is the Romanesque parish church of Santa Maria. Of the original structure there remains only the apse with mullioned window with one light and the bell tower. Inside there is a detached fresco attributed to Cola di Pietro and a panel by Giovanni Andrea De Magistris (1540). In the square there is the Romanesque parish church of Santa Maria. About Paradise Possible, Le Marche

Our History
"It was 10 winters ago, December 1998. I still remember the conference room at Confindustria Marche. It was absolutely packed. We knew that we were going to present something that would turn Territory Marketing on its head. Giuliano and I were at the conference table, wondering whether the message would get through...

Looking back, it certainly did get through, and spread throughout the world faster than we could have imagined, probably more so than amongst the people in that room and across the region itself. We had taken on the mission to make Le Marche famous and "bring the world to Le Marche", and we did it.

Since then, so many people from all over the world have relied on Paradise Possible to find their own paradise in the Marche countryside, or special places to spend their holiday. Many have settled and reinvented their life over here, with the help of our Network, and many more have been visiting the region just to follow their passions, with Paradise Possible as their guide."

From Happy 10th Anniversary Paradise Possible! by Grazia Grazi

Paradise Possible today
Originally conceived as a pioneering territory-marketing website to launch undiscovered regions around the world, Paradise Possible is today the premier online guide to the best of Le Marche - Italy, covering Country Property,Travel & Accommodation, Food & Wine.

The site's history in a nutshell
From its first conception back in 1996 to what it is now, the site has undergone several changes in its appearance and functionality, whilst new applications have been added with each new release. Here are the milestones of the site's history:

December 1998 – Paradise Possible goes live with its first interactive application (Marche Country Homes), designed to help visitors find their own paradise in the Marche countryside, coupled with a first introduction to the region (Introducing Le Marche).

February 2002 – Release 2 is launched, featuring a new section dedicated to Travel & Accommodation (Traveller’s Paradise) and a new territory database architecture, as part of a joint marketing initiative with the Marche Regional Authority. Two new applications (Passions & Places and Where to Stay) allow visitors to build their own itineraries and book accommodation around them, on the basis of their passions and personal preferences.

April 2005 – A fourth application dedicated to food lovers (Marche Food & Wine) is launched at La Dolce Vita 2005, London. The new section features an interactive guide to the best local products and producers, with an online shopping facility ranging over 120 prodotti tipici for home delivery across Europe (The Shop).

May 2009 – Here comes Release 3, totally redesigned and on a new web platform. Easier to navigate from any point to any point and across applications, the new release offers new search, selection and save facilities, helping visitors to make each session more productive and retain search criteria and results for subsequent visits. On the editorial side, four Magazines - one for each section - provide dedicated articles and news content, whilst a totally made-over Food & Wine Shop comes packed with information about each product on sale, for the benefit of the discerning and health-conscious consumer.
