Thollon-Les-Mémises is a village resort with a family atmosphere which enjoys a privileged panoramic location highly praised in the Michelin Guide as "The most beautiful observatory of Leman". Cradled on the plateau, the village is a veritable "Balcony over Leman", at an altitude of 1000m, rising to 2000m.

A new chair lift was added in 2012/2013 which replaced the chair to the top of the mountain. The new telecabine opened on the 20th December 2013

At only 30 minutes you have access to the the biggest players in world skiing for the last 40 years, with 12 linked resorts either side of the French-Swiss border just an hour from Geneva.

In the heart of the Alps between Lake Geneva and Mt Blanc, Thollon les Memises area is conveniently located only 15 minutes from the train station ofd Evian-les-Bains and 60 km of Geneva International Airport, which is easily accessible and within easy reach of all major European cities.

The total useful living surface is 101m2 sleeping 8 persons. The chalet is on three floors and was built in 1992 the land plot is 263m2.

There are wonderful views over Lac Leman and the Swiss mountains.

The studio has separate external access and the internal door separating it from the rest of the chalet can be locked.

There is an area on the other side of the internal door which leads to the rest of the chalet - this area can be utilised as a laundry/drying room with ample storage for household items or skis and with shelving provided.
