A seven bedroom detached house with swimming pool and 34,307 square metres of land for sale near Ferreira do ZÍzere, central Portugal. The property, which is situated in a secluded, yet not isolated position, is in relatively good condition though would benefit from some updating to the decor.

Lower Ground Floor

The lower ground floor can be accessed internally via a set of marble faced stairs leading from the hallway on the ground floor. There is a spacious garage to the lower ground floor, which has a tiled floor and 'up and over' metal vehicle access door. The garage is large enough to accommodate several vehicles. Off the garage there are several large storage rooms, both of which have tiled floors. There is also a 'summer' style kitchen with large, traditional fireplace. This summer kitchen has a variety of base and wall mounted cupboards with marble work surfaces. There is also a partially tiled service bathroom to this floor with toilet and pedestal sink.
