There is under floor heating throughout with individual room control, all the windows are double glazed. Currently on a septic tank, the main drainage is due to reach the Hotel in the next 18 months.

Lac du Vallon was formed by a land slide in the mid 1940's. It is a protected lake so is very popular for fishing and walking. The potential for summer business here is very good. In winter the nearest skiing is the Roc d'Enfer circuit (part of Les Portes du Soleil), just a 3 min drive, or hop on the free bus which stops outside the Hotel.

This often leads to confusion and errors in this important final stage.
