Fourteen high-quality chalets will be built in a central location of Bad Kleinkirchheim with completion due in autumn 2016. There will be two different sizes available- ca. 85 m˛ / ca. 100 m˛ and the chalets will be arranged so that there is a village feel to the complex. In keeping with the area of Carinthia the architecture will take on a "Nockalm" style with a modern touch accompanied with excellent comfort. Larch and pine-wood will play important parts in the building materials. The chalets will be fitted for self-catering and the interior will be tastefully designed in a rustic, romantic style. The chalets will be ski-in/ski-out sitting at an altitude of 1035m, with hiking and cycling also available from the doorstep in the summer months. The chalets are ideally located only a 200m walk from the town centre and St Kathrein Spa and have direct access to an on-site restaurant at the Trattlerhof hotel, where guests can also enjoy the spa facilities as well as 3 tennis courts, beach volley ball court and a fishing pond. A breakfast basket service or chalet food deliveries are also available and the "Stubn-Shop" on site supplies regional specialities.

There are two different sizes of chalet available. The smaller measures 85m2 and can sleep 4-6 people. There will be two bedrooms and two bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen which will be fully fitted, an open plan dining area (with a table to seat 8) and living area with open fire place split over two floors. There will also be a separate guest WC on the ground floor and sauna with a panoramic window. The chalet will feature a lockable storage area for owners as well as plenty of internal storage. There will be a terrace with sun loungers and seating area as well as a hot tub. The chalet will also come with one parking space.
 
The larger chalet measures 100m2 and can sleep 6-8 people. There will be three bedrooms and three bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen which will be fully fitted, an open plan dining area (with a table to seat 10) and living area with open fire place split over two floors. There will also be a separate bathroom on the ground floor and sauna with a panoramic window. The chalet will feature a lockable storage area for owners as well as plenty of internal storage. There will be a terrace with sun loungers and seating area as well as a hot tub. The chalet will also have a loggia on the first floor and will come with one parking space.

The chalets will be part of a long-term lease-back scheme where they will be rented out for tourist use using an operating company. Rental returns are forecast to be between 3.5% and 4.5% p.a. on the purchase price, with a 3% guaranteed net rental return for the first 3 years. Owners will be able to use the chalet for 5-6 weeks a year free of charge. Additional weeks are possible at owner's rates at 25% below market prices.
